Sleeved 8/28

Start of the program I was 231

Pre-op I was 221.

This morning I was 200! WooHoo!. So I'm averaging about 3 lbs per week

Next week this time I should break the 200 mark.

Also My BMI is 39 which means I am no longer Morbidly Obese. I'll take it., That's a victory in my book.

Doing better with foods. Some days are better than others. Fluids is my challenge. If I can get 40oz , I'm having a good day

I'm having trouble with liquids also. Somewhere on here a gal actually wrote her Water or "liquid" schedule down....she had it to an art. My problem is remembering to drink at the appropriate times. Then suddenly its time to eat and I have to wait again....only to forget again! Silly but important because we don't want to become dehydrated..

Btw... my surgery was 8/21

So... 2 months since surgery

Surgery weight 296

Weight today 253

Total loss to date 43 pounds gone forever!

I downloaded this app called Waterlogged. Has helped me tremendously keep track of my Water intake. I'm a freak and ridiculously competitive (with myself) that it forces me to hit my 100% goal everyday LOL. Good luck!

Ok so those are my before surgery early in the year, (feb) then the 3 pic is before surgery 1 month out then 2 months out and the last pic is my 1 month vs 2 and 1/2 months out.. I'm actually pretty shocked that my 2 month and 2 and 1/2 months out pics look so different.. In general it's crazy to see such change! But exciting too!!

Started at 292 in February this year started seeing the nutritionist in late feb. did all the requirements for Aetna and had surgery 8/12/13. Day of surgery weight was 264 and today I weigh 237.5 ( those half pounds count!)

Inches melt away faster than lbs! I'm really happy with my results so far and looking forward to continued success

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
