  1. Hi having issues with meat too. Not losing either. Need help or any suggestions. But think going back to liquid and herbal life protein drink. Dont want to eat soild foods any . Only lost 45 n 11-12 weeks.

  3. Hi had sleeve 8/9/13, 11 weeks out and only lost 45 . Not eating more then cup of food .working out 4x week zumba 3x week. I know everyone is different when it come 2 weight loss. What do u do 2 boost ur metabolism up.

  8. That feeling , that it ur not going 2 feel full like B4 . Stop at that point. But eat ur protein 1st then veggie , carbs
