Late Dumping

Well... my first complication, 4 weeks post op today. Last night, about 2 hours after dinner, I had massive stomach cramps and the resulting diarrhea! Yuck! I thought it was a one time thing and today, 2 hours after lunch... here goes again! I have only had 2 oz. baked tilapia, and .25 cups steamed broccoli. I read this could be cronic... Suggestions???

Many doctors have patients back on food within this time frame. Mine had me back on food within 2 weeks and I did just fine. Are you trying 1 food at a time? It could be a sensitivity to something

It could be a sensitivity to something you are eating. Call your doctor and they will help you figure this one out. I am sure it isn't anything major! :)

I was also back on food after two weeks. I got those symptoms when I had soya milk. I stopped it and so have the cramps and dodgy tummy gone. Might be the broccoli too. My suggestion is give it a couple days till you try it again. Sometimes it happens early out with no explanation.

Oh! yes try one new food at a time so ur able 2 pin point it. good luck I'm n between liquid and solid at 12 weeks out
