For example, I really would prefer my surgeon to place a suture into the sleeve and underlying tissue to prevent stricture. Is it inappropriate to ask about technique. As an RN I'm used to pissing doctors off..however I don't think I want my surgeon mad at me when he's operating lol.
Also I'm concerned about residents..as in I don't want them touching me. They can observe and take part verbally but I don't want them hands on. Did anyone else feel this way? I don't even know how to go about requesting it. Thanks!
