Eggs

I was wondering if any of you eat eggs, yolk and all. My dietary list says egg whites but I've been reading of the health benefits of the yolk. I've never had a cholesterol problem, so I'm wondering if its ok to have the whole egg?

I have had bacon with no problems. I am not a huge fan so I wouldn't eat a piece plain, but I have had bacon on things like chicken and in salads. The reason bacon is on the naughty list is due to the fat and sodium content, but a piece here and there once you are on full foods after post-op will not hurt anything.
