I'll take some cheese with my whine please..8(

10 days and still the same...*dum de dum*....that sucks. I'm going to my room to have a tantrum where I throw things around that don't make a big mess or break anything...lol....since I have to pick it all up afterwards....guess I'm not at my sweet spot...my doctor was so sure this last fill would do for a bit....oh well...guess I'm going back in.

I'm done whining now...g'nite all.

you really think that because the scale hasn't changed in 10 days that you are due for a fill? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. It is possible that you may be losing inches throughout your body....it isn't always the scale that is the tell tale sign. Ten days doesn't seem near enough of a plateau to have a fill....migawd, if so, I would have had a dozen fills by now!!!

IMHO.

Just be patient...your body needs time to adjust to itself. It is an important part of the journey...food, rest...you know? Your body will do some shrinking, even when the scale doesn't move. It's normal.

Are you measuring yourself? Please, try to be patient. It is so hard, but getting overfilled can possibly lead to big problems that will sooooo slow you down in the long run.

It's okay to be frustrated...we've all been there!

I think it's mostly just taking stock of everything that makes me think maybe I need a little fill and I think that the weigh in was kind of just the clincher that confirmed that. I have noticed that I'm not staying full for as long as I usually do and as such am eating a little bit more frequently than I was....though not in huge quantities....geez it gets hard sometimes to not over analize every single little thing that I'm doing and to not start freaking out that I'm gonna be one of the ones that just doesn't get the weight off even with the assistance of the band....I know I have to relax....I just put a TON of pressure on myself to get it done....lol...I need to chill out.

Thanks for the encouragement and the little bit of Sass from Yoda.....guess I'll leave it for a bit and see how it goes.

Speaking as someone who pushed her doc into overfilling, DONT DO IT!!! i still dont feel 100% and i had the extra fill taken out on monday!

LOL

sorry if I was a wee bit "sassy" Time2Live!!! *snickers*

Patience is key though...I mean....I know how you feel, been there...(still am there most of the time!).....like you I seem to diminish my accomplishments and look at what I still have left to do (not just in the weight aspect....many parts of my life).....logically I know I should be happy and thankful with my progress so far....and I actually am VERY happy about it but like you....I want more and I want it yesterday!! LOL.

Lookin' at your ticker.....maaaaaaaaaaaaan, 58 lbs since July!!!! When you stop to think about it, that is GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT!!!!!

See that is exactly why I come on here....so that I can listen to all the mostly sane people tell me what I need to hear to feel better....especially when I feel like I'm going insane....thanks all.
