Daily calorie intake 1 1/2 post op

I'm 1 1/2 years out after my sleeve, but body has stopped losing weight. Lost nearly 2/3 of excess weight, 42kgs.. I eat relatively good, & excercise.. What should my daily calorie intake be? 1000 calories a day? 2L Water? And how much Protein?? What Vitamins are the 2nd, 3rd year post op sleeves on???

I don't know how to write a thread on the veteran site :(

I was told when I get there I should consume 1,000-1,200 cal a day. Still at least 80-90g Protein, and Water at least 64 oz with a goal of up to 1/2 my body weight.

I'm sure some of the Vets will weigh in.

Thanks for that! 1000 calories just seems soo small.. I mean its enough food, it just has to Be the right food.. I've been using my fitness pal, and 1000 cals doesn't really allow for much outside the box. If you have something bad, It pulls you over significantly! I had a 100g Choc bar yesterday, shouldn't have, I was naughty, but it was like 500 calories I was shocked! But I guess this is what u have to do when losing weight, cut the crap out!
