Certified surgeon like they say?

Hi everyone, I can't seem to find out from FACS and AMBS that Dr. Aceves is really certified. I was wondering if anyone has found out if he really is and I was wondering if I might be giving out the wrong name or something. Can anyone help me out with his actual full name please and thank you
