Eating real food makes me feel crummy.

I'm 3 years out, 200 lbs down and for some reason in the last couple of weeks eating real food makes me feel crummy. I have resorted to 2 shakes a day and try to eat real food for dinner. Doesn't matter what it is could be any kind of meat, carb or veggie, don't know what to do.

Might be time to follow up with your surgeon

Wow first of all congratulations on the 200 lbs. that's the most I've ever heard anyone lose with the vsg. But I would agree that it's time for a follow up appt with your dr.

Have you evaluated yourself? Is something causing you to not want to eat? Are you stressed, worried about gaining or have gained?

If it were me, I'd try eating really easy to digest foods and the shakes for a few days and then call dr if it doesn't get better. Better safe than sorry is my motto! Hoping a few days of rest for your tummy does the trick for you.

What are your symptoms.
