getting ready to have surgery in 3 wks

Hello to you all!! ; ] I am getting ready to have my surgery in 3 wks. Trying to not eat everything that I will miss, as I will be starting my pre-op diet on Monday. I have decided to have my surgery in Mexico, and I hope it all goes well!

I have tried to do my research, but the more I read, the more I feel I don't know. It has been very helpful so far reading all of your different post. I have read about several of the problems... hair loss, acid reflux, (i think ) drop foot and other problems due to Vitamin deficiency. Can anyone mention others that I could read up on??

Thank you all, E ; ]

Consider getting "The Big Book of the Gastric Sleeve". It helped me...
