Banded yesterday and home today

Glad this is over. Not much pain mainly sore like a real bad pulled stomach muscle. Dull pain in top of left shoulder. Tylenol is working. Crushed meds are sicking, will have to do something about that. Going to take tommorow off then its back to work.

The pain in your shoulder may be gas. I had it so bad after surgery that I thought I was having a heart attack. I took lots of Gas-X. CONGRATS ON THE SURGERY....let us know how you're doing.

Also, try a heating pad on your shoulder. It helped me with my gas pains. Make sure you walk. It really is the best advice to get the gas out. I didn't do it enough.
