Note to self: mowing with a 107* heat index

Texas. I know it's hot outside, but geez, I'm on a riding mower, I've done good with my Water, and I have on a big hat. But even with all that I got way over heated. I used to be able to do it just fine. I didn't even do the whole acre.... I couldn't.

So my note to my idiot self: Don't go out when the heat index is this high, wait till winter to mow.....

Uh....yeah! It doesn't take long in this Texas heat! Smacking you upside the head right now! :P I am in North Texas and I go out and start playing in the garden (its an addiction for me) and it's all good, till it's not. When will I learn hot is hot??

In your defense, once we start healing and feeling better we think we can do anything. Isn't that feeling amazing??

Hope you are feeling better and take it easy on yourself! :)

Isn't this why we own men as pets?

If I could figure out how to get this muzzle and leash off I would have some words for you with that remark....

I'm in Ellis county. Been in the DFW area for over 20... You'd think I'd learn?!?!
