Changes "Down There"

This might be TMI but I'm too embarrassed to call and ask my male doctor. I am 3 1/2 weeks out from my surgery and have lost about 35 lbs. The past week I have had a huge increase in vaginal discharge. It is like the kind you get right before ovulation. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did! Hormones are trying to keep up with the weight loss.

Thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Me too! I am 4 months post op, down almost 70 pounds and I feel like I am pre period all the time now. My breasts are tender and all. I assume it because now that I am losing the hormones are acting up.

Fertility is increased so watch out! I for one, hope to reap this benefit!

Hate to be the little black cloud, but I had similar symptoms just before my diagnosis with cervical cancer - adenocarcinoma not squamous cell (so can't be detected till advanced). Worthwhile checking with your doctor.

You are not alone it is like I am in ovulation stage almost everyday.. Also with that I know my hormones are all over the place because I am so emotional at times I think Im going nuts... So yes the hormones are trying to keep up and balance out I just dont know how long that is going to take.. But on the good side of that the blood vessels are flowing and I am always feeling excited if you get my drift.... lolol
