I finally reached a stall :-( :-( from 278 to 207 and now the scale won't move!!!!!! According to my goals I should be 200lbs by the end of this month 7/30...I don't see that happening :-( what can I do to jump start the weight loss again??? Getting frustrated I really want to be under 200...I haven't seen that since childhood!

Wellll, build in stalls to your plans. We ALL get them and they rarely match up with our goals! You are close and WILL get there, so I hope that will be OK... You'll get there!

You are doing great. Only 7 lbs away from your 7/30 goal, that's awesome. But don't worry, it will happen the way that it suppose to happen. don't get discouraged. Keep up the good work.

Honestly, I don't think there is anything to do other than follow the plan. Protein first, restrict your calories, exercise. I'm in the SAME boat! I also really want to be under 200 by the end of this month, and I've been stuck here since the beginning of July. I know it will come off at some point, but when you are this close to a personal goal, it's frustrating when your body just won't cooperate! I wish there was something I could do, but I know better. I can't explain why this happens any more than I can explain the last 20 pounds that seemed to miraculously disappear so quickly. I'm just taking it as it comes....and only complaining a little, lol! Hang in there!

I am in the same boat! I talked to my NUT yesterday but she really wasn't any help. I have been the same weight, the EXACT same weight for over a week. I am keeping it to 700 calories, I am getting all my Protein in, hell, I have 2 boxes of frickin paczki straight from Hamtramik (very yummy and very fattening donuts for those that don't know) behind me and I am not even looking in the boxes. I feel like I should be rewarded for my good behavior, LOL. I am only 5 weeks out and started the stall at 3 weeks, even gaining 1.2 lbs at one point in the last 2 weeks. How do you gain weight at 700 calories?! I am getting frustrated, but my husband and NUT tell me everything is fine. Not sure what else I can do...

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
