I am only 4 days post op, but I like that if I have a craving and want something, I have to stop and think about it. I drink water first. I have heard those two pieces of advice and never listened to them. I also get full on 1 cup of liquid and fell FULL! I am not a slave to my cravings and I feel in control. I love it! Audree

The best thing I've experienced since being banded is....

Getting into younger looking clothes and pjs and my husband saying...honey you're looking so sexy. (Are you talking to me? hahaha)

This one is really recent, but I realized today that my 2 day old niece will never know a "big" Auntie Sarah :)
