Terrible neck/shoulder pain at 2 WKs post -- still gas?

Recommended Posts

I'm having worse shoulder and neck pain now than in the days after surgery. It's right across the top back of my shoulders and into my neck. Is this still gas or not?

I've been taking at least one good walk a day and working. I'm an artist, so I work at home making things and shipping. I do everything myself except lifting heavy packages. I started working on easy small stuff about 4days after returning home.

Do you think this pain is caused by gas or by over-doing it with work? I had gas after a c-section but I don't recall it lasting this long.

Thanks.

I also had this problem it was weird because I didn't have it right after surgery but within 4 to 5 days out it started up. It did go away but I had to take some Tylenol even early out for the pain.

Yes had that problem.. and was told that was gas causing that too.. im like ok I dont get it but ok.. it did go away.. I had pain meds when they sent me home.. took that it seemed to help and plus the gas x of course was everyones best friend.. guess it put pressure on everything.. but it will go away.. trust us on that one. best of luck and hang in there.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
