Film in the inside of my mouth

The past few days I have had a film in the inside of my mouth, things do not taste as good and brushing does nothing...It covers the whole inside of my mouth. Has any one had this? Is it a vitamin deficiency? I will ask the doctor tomorrow about it, but I wanted to check if anyone had this before...

My tounge has white sploches...does that count? I also have sores in the corner of my mouth...

Sounds like it could be thrush. call your doc and theyll give you a medication that will clear it right up.

I got thrush after my surgery. That's what it sounds like to me. I took some stuff and it went away. Good luck. Keep us posted.

I just figured out last night, one week after surgery, that I have thrush also. Being as it is the weekend I had my husband pick up some gentian violet from the store and I will use this until I can call them on Monday. :(

Very likely caused by antibiotics. Sometimes something to do with gall bladder issues - your doctor will be able to help you - good luck and keep us updated

Oh yes I talked to the doctor last month and it was because of all the antibiotics so they gave me the swish stuff and it worked!
