  1. I realy needed to hear your story. I lost 100 snd recently gainf back 40. I feel so fown about myself right now and lonley. I love eberything ypu wrote. I am 2 yrs post op. I'm finding it hard to find support. I'm going back on my diet. I love the smoothie idea. I've been thinking about that for a couple of werks now. I'd like to stay in contact to help motivate eachother. Again thank you so very much for sharing.

  3. I am two yrs post op. In the last 6 months I've gained 30 lbs. I know how I got here and what to do to loose the weight. I'm nervous I permently stretched out my sleeve. Does anyone know if it can go back to post op. I'm to embrassed to go to the doctors office to yell them about this.

  5. The same thing happened to me. My suggestion is keep a food log and stay away from alcohol. I became an acoholic by restricting myself so much.
  6. I'm two years post op. I lost about 100 lbs. Over the last six montbs I've gained 30lbs. I know how I put ot on and how to take it off plus some. My fear is that I stretched my sleeve so much that its stuck like this. QUESTION, can a sleeve go back to post op size after stretched?
  7. I had the same problem post op. I've been sleveed for 2 yrs. I found out it was caused by anesthesia and pain medication can make you hyper. It did with me. Post op pain doesn't help
  8. I had the same pain. I went to my primsary dr and a small part of my lung collapsed and started to fill with fluid. I geuss this can happen if they accidently knick your lung durring surgery.
  9. I got thrush after my surgery. That's what it sounds like to me. I took some stuff and it went away. Good luck. Keep us posted.

  11. I was at 420 I'm down to 340. I recently stopped drinking. I hear it's a common thing. I lost hope and motivation. You are correct I need to get back on the diet. Thank you for replying :-)
  12. I had my vsg on June 26th 2011. I have been stalled for a year. I still vomit. I took to drinking to deal with the depression. Is thete anyone else strugling :-(
