Okay. I'm three months out. My hair is shedding like crazy and my blood work looked okay but low in iron. I lost 17 lbs the first month 10 lbs the second month and maybe around 5 lbs this last month. I'm squeezing into size 18s but 20s are huge on me. I haven't been working out or eating the way I should all the time and it's my fault I'm not losing like I should be I admit it but I'm working to change that. I am trying to stay around 1000 calories each day and actually food journaling. I walked for 25 minutes on my treadmill and found some other exercises I like to do. I am down about a total of 46 lbs since starting this journey and I'm not ready to throw in the towel so I'm asking for some inspiration. I feel like I let myself down to soon but I don't want to give up. Please let me know how everyone else is doing.- Seeking Buddies 5'2" & Under

Oh yes I talked to the doctor last month and it was because of all the antibiotics so they gave me the swish stuff and it worked!- july 2013 sleevers

I'm sorry but why did you have two surgeries? Did you go from band to sleeve?- july 2013 sleevers

How is everyone doing with their weight loss? I have lost a total of 23 lbs post op and my surgery was 7/26 but I have stalled for the last couple weeks and I can't wait to lose more. One thing I have noticed was that even though the scale stopped moving my clothes are getting huge! I was also wondering how everyone's incision scars are healing. Mine are still really bright, hard, and slightly tender.- The pre-op diet is NOT a punishment ... it's an opportunity.

Today I am 3 weeks out and I have lost a total of 22 lbs post op! I didn't think it was that much so I'm super thrilled and want to see if I can get into even more clothes I grew out of!- july 2013 sleevers
Honestly that doesn't sound like a lot of calories. You may have your body stuck in starvation mode. Have you spoke to your doctor yet?- july 2013 sleevers
Yes! I have had the ones by Body Fortress, I get them at Walmart, and they are not the best tasting but will get the job done. I haven't had once since I've been sleeved but I do have to go to the store today so I will probably grab some.- july 2013 sleevers

Lol, where are you from? I was born and raised in Charleston, SC and I haven't had someone bless my heart in many years! Thank you I'm doing very well. God is good to me. You will find a way, just keep trying.- july 2013 sleevers

- Question for the ladies.....
Goodness, I feel like I was eating all day yesterday but of course I am still on full liquids so I know I really wasn't. I'm just glad Aunt Flo didn't make me as hungry as I used to get pre op. I also gained about 1/2 lb but I know it is water weight. There are just some things that the sleeve doesn't help I guess so I will have to manage it on my own. Good luck ladies!Account
