Eggs, eggwhites and beaters have you had enough eggs?

I was sleeved 6/17 and ive bean eating my egg beaters with nothing just cooked in the pan. ughhh I kinda hate them and I usually love eggs its just so plain and simple. I want to add parmesan cheese salt and pepper.. Anyone think it would be ok?

I am just so sick of the bland food, next week I can eat mush or babyfood. I am excited to make turkey chili and whitefish

Check out my blog for one of my fav egg recipe !!

Cheers!!!

I'm sure a little salt and pepper and cheese wouldn't hurt. I was also sleeve 6/17, but will be starting this on Tuesday. :)

Sent from my iPhone using VST

I used a whole egg, Salt pepper cheese I even thru in 1/2 a tsp of butter for flavor. I even diced a slice of bacon real small and put that in. (It was about 4 weeks when I could eat soft foods)

IN my plan I leave hospital on pureed foods even though there not pureed eggs are alowed we can have soft cheese as well but I use no calorie butter spray and salt.

I was sleeved 6/17 I had a fried egg today with shredded cheese salt n pep and turkey chilli i made homemade and instant mashed potatoes ate the whole egg about 30 min took 2 hours to eat 1/4 cup of chilli with a sprinkle of shedded cheese on top and a hour to eat 1/4 cup of mash potatoes I had soft string cheese yogurt and I feel like I been eating all damn day lol bc of how long it takes to eat my doc just cleared me for puree thank god im so sick of this crap cant wait to get to soft food

My diet specifies soft cooked eggs only when I'm allowed to start them (two weeks out when I start soft food - we don't have a pureed stage though some foods in our soft stage are recommended to be pureed) - scrambled, poached or soft boiled. I'm pretty specifically not supposed to have fried eggs. How did you do with the egg? Did you tolerate it well?
