I had to create a new username because I have been getting a username or password error message. This is the second time this has happened to me but this time I have been locked out for three weeks.

Old username was buplee, and I had almost 400 post which I can no longer access. Can you ask a tech support person to help? Someone can contact me at my new profile of buplee2, should my password be needed.

It's happened to me, also. Not sure why it happens, but after a day or so I'm able to get on again. Hope you get an answer. PM Alex and hell help you

No response but a few days later I was able to reset my password

How did you reset your password? I didn't see that as an option anywhere.

I had to log onto the actual site to change my settings

Yup I had to go in to the website on my computer. The option using there on your phone.
