When was the last time you weighed prior to this time? Was it the day before?

It's the 3 week stall. I feel your pain I'm in it right now!

Water weight. Your period, maybe. A natural body fluctuation because of the hot summer days. I was in your shoes at three weeks, too. Now I am five weeks out (6 on Friday) and down 10 pounds from where I was at three weeks. It's scary as hell, but it's normal. Promise.

Last time I weighted myself was during my two weeks check up last week.. I was 206.4 and now I am 209.8... :(

Did you gain any weight??? I knew that eventually I was going to hit a stall because I read about it. But the gain weight??? This is emotionally draining :(

I've been through this same thing several times in the past 6 months. Last week, I hit my lowest of 272 after a 2 week plateau.

This week, I'm 8 lbs heavier. The only thing I can attribute it to is eating fruit. I had some strawberries and some grapes during the week and suddenly my weight was going back up.

It's just a temporary fluctuation. Your weight will start dropping again.

I am at 4 weeks and my weight went up 3 pounds too, then another week and I was wn the 3 plus 2 more. I fluctuate a lot. I went 196 to 198.5, then to 193.5 but today I was at 195. I am close to my menstral cycle so Im sure it's Water weight but it sucks. I want to see big numbers and I am not. Considering how good I am eating, this shoud be a nobrainer but yet my body isn't moving as fast. We just need to keep doing the right thing and making good choices!

During your stalls is when you might start to see the inches drop. I haven't measured or weighed for a couple days. I want to get my period started and almost over before I start weighing myself again.

I didn't get the week 3 stall....I got the week 2 stall. I was at 206 for 7 days...gained a couple of pounds back...and then dropped to 204 and two days later to 202. I can still tell that inches are coming off though. Been at 202 for 3 days now, but not freaking out about it. I've found if I don't drink enough Water, the scales will stay the same.

You said your two week check up, are you 100% sure your home scale and the Dr scale are the same? My scale weighs nearly 4# heavy.

You are ok. Don't panic. You will go up and down a few pounds until your body readjusts and then it will start dropping off. It could be anything from Water retention to heat. It will come back off though. It's hard to trust our bodies but we must try!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
