I am a married woman and I was not ashamed to ask my doctor such an important question. He said to go ahead and get my groove on but don't go crazy. As long as you are up to it. My doc never even mentioned anything about not having sex, it was the nurse at the hospital that told me about it. When I told my doc what the nurse said during my 2weeks post-op, my doc just rolled his eyes and gave me the go ahead.

My doctor said to wait six weeks so I didn't break any stitches. We made it to about 1 week.

I asked Dr. Davidson's nurse, and she said, and I quote: "Whenever you will have as much fun as your husband"

Did anyone get a tender tummy? I waited almost 6wks....I enjoyed it but, my new tummy...not so much!

I was bit sore afterwards but it was worth the pain.
