Im dying for some spaghetti! Some sauce recipes please?

My family is having spaghetti for dinner and I would love to eat the sauce (I'm on full liquids phase). Is there anything I can add to the sauce to make it even better?

Ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese! Both are high in protein too :-)

LOL.. No clue, maybe Ketchup?

just add the cheese...even cream cheese to spagetti sauce is amazing

Full liquids does not include cheese..

Sorry next stage :-(

I don't think you can add much to the tomato sauce if you're full liquids besides maybe extra herbs..you may be able to get away with parm but I didn't add ricotta cheese until the puree stage. Tomato sauce can also be very acidic for some so take care when you have it :-)

Even adding herbs would be non liquids. Tiny minute things can adhere to the staple line and irritate it or lodge. Follow the diet stages and you'll be eating with others in no time. Don't invite issues by straying away from your guidelines
