I've been 3 days on liquid diet and its very hard.. I get headache I just take me some tylenol and that calms it down...

I looked into Dr. Kim and it came down to him and the surgeon I am using and this one was significantly cheaper (I'm paying out of pocket) so I chose dr stowers. I am eexcited! I just keep thinking how different my life will be this time next year! It'sgoing to cchange our lives! I have about 150 to lose though. How much are you hoping to lose? I would LOVE to stay in touch! Having someone going through it will be so helpful!

I have to loose 90 pounds.. I have my surgery Monday am so nervous. . I wanted dr kim but he did not except my insurance.

Yeah insurance has been a pain for me mavsfan! Good luck on your surgery!! Keep us updated on how it goes! I worry about the pain.

I'm in Springtown and Dr Jay in Dallas did my band in 2006 and also removed it and did my sleeve in 2010.

I went today to weight myself and I started at 230 and now am down 218 in 1 week doing my liquid diet.. tomorrow is the big day am ready to get this over with
