I think im on a stall already

I had surgery June 3. I had lost 9 lbs by the 6th day after surgery. But to any since. Any ideas? I want to lose pounds! I'm having a hard time getting liquid protein drinks in. Someone please give me ideas for protein. I'm on soft foods now.

Tuna, chicken salad cut very small or mashed up. Meatloaf, chili. Unjury chicken soup is a good source of protein. Do you not like the protein shakes or having trouble swallowing them?

Give your body time to adjust, I lost a chunk the first and second week and nothing for another two weeks. It will happen.

You are about three weeks out, depending on what your doctor suggests, I was on puree type food then. So, refried beans were a nice go to for me. Cottage cheese has a ton of protein. Or try getting protein power unflavored. It all has somewhat of a flavor, but I put some in everything. Soups, Coffee , Cream of Wheat.

Was sleeved on 6-4 and did not lose anything the first week. But I lost inches. Don't sweat it. Keep to your program and all will melt away!
