Snake oil....;)

Whadda mean? Are we supposed to put oil in it to make it work?? :P

Oil, KY Jelly, Astroglide, whatever works for you! ;)

They're saying its a joke. Too good to be true.

Try ttapp. Awesome for the waist!

That's me last night. I've been doing ttapp a few weeks now. I love my tiny waist. Just need to work on the rest. Lol. Ignore the funky workout clothes.

It's a workout DVD. I do the basic workout plus. Its 15 minutes but there's a lotta stuff in that DVD. At 179 lbs, I burn 110 calories doing it. It's cardio and strength in one. Love it. I do a lot of other stuff too, but this one does wonders for my waist but inner an outer thighs.

I think if you are using it while you are working out?? Go for it! a lot of the more athletic people here use compression garments while working out.

How much are these DVDs?

I think like 40? I dunno for sure because I got them on sale. They have sales on the ttapp site every Tuesday or so. They're a little bit old school but I love the workout. :)

Now. I'm a bit I a pear and have always had a waist in there somewhere , this has helped whittle it away fast though. I'm not saying everyone can get a waist. :).
