Hi I'm 5 days post op from Greenville. Can't seem to get enough of anything in to stay hydrated. Any suggestions? Help I'm really second guessing my decision. I'm losing weight which is great but isn't to good when I'm so dizzy I can barely walk.

Lots of little sips and do not forget the protein.

Don't forget to start walking around it will get better.

Try some sugar free Popsicles. Your protein shakes count as liquid too. It gets easier. I think a lot of people second guess their decision at first. Just make sure u get enough to keep from being dehydrated. Sip sip all day long!!

It gets easier......;)

That's fantastic Jessica!

Hi sorry I am just seeing this. But everyone gave some great suggestions especially Popsicles. Watermelon saved my life. It was all I could manage when I was dehydrated. I really hope and pray that you are feeling better.
