Banded 12-11-06 , Texas

I had a rough first week, but 8 days post op , feeling better, I wished they would give you a little more info on post op. I am having cream of wheat for breakfast with a splendor and 2 protein shakes through out the day and water. I am not hungry at all, I go for my first post op dr visit on 1-2 which I think is a little far. I had a little stomach pain today low though. I started at 263 and now i think i am 254, so doing well.

Congrats!

Glad you are starting to feel better.

Don't worry about calories too much right now - just focus on healing. If you have any severe pain - call your doc.

Hugs!

welcome teatea
