Can Prescription Pepcid Cause Hunger?

I think Pepcid makes me hungry! I am on a prescription from my surgeon for 6 months....I'm 2 months out. Ive never had reflux pre-surgery, but my surgeon puts everyone on it. Has anyone else experienced this!?!?

I never had it before surgery but after about 2 weeks out it started. I am 6 months out and tried to quit it and the heartburn came back really bad. I have come to realize this is probably be a life long issue now.
