Hair Loss and Regrowth

Hi, I've looked but didn't see anything on this topic. Actually this is embarrassing,, but here goes. I expect to have thinning hair and/or hair loss. I unfortunately have facial hair (you know, the extra hair above the lip). Will I also have thinning and/or hair loss here? What about re growth? Thanks in advance.
