Any Connecticut Bandsters Out There?

Hello everyone,

I live in Hartford and am having surgery at Hartford Hospital on Jan. 10th. Any words of wisdom for a newbie?

Congrats on your surgery date and the beginning of your 'fat free' life!!! You'll be fine...my advice to you is to take each day at a time. It is not an 'easy' journey but it is a worth while one and very exciting as you see the pounds melt away...This forum is a great place for support, encouragement and information so you have come to the right place for the beginning of your journey...keep us posted on your progress..and we look forward to hearing of your success story.
