Post-Op Nutrition Link: Phases 1-5 and more...

This is a link that I shared in another thread. For those of you who are pre-surgery or immediately post-op and are still confused about the phases of eating following surgery, here is my doctors nutritional page from his website. It's pretty basic, but gives you a good idea of what needs to be done in the weeks that follow surgery.

Thanks for sharing this. My nut has told me to eat 1200 cal and I worked my way up to that and I am not losing at all for a month. I am in maintenance. I am trying to lower to under 1000 and it is not easy. I guess I will have to go liquid for a week to try to get under 800 like your dr said. Never should have upped my cal. I hope people take note of my delema.
