I'm on the two week liquid fast before my surgery. It's the first day and it was kind of rough. I really wanted to eat. I'm hungry. I feel guilty for feeling so miserable so early on. How did those who did the liquid fast survive it?

I was the same way but the recovery was very speedy, I was sleeved at Mount Sinai with doctor Kini. Let me tell you it was the best experience ever, never been in a hospital with so many nurses and people that care, Great choice!! I hope you have the same excellent experience.

Yes, I went to my first post op group on 8/12/13 and enjoy it very much, i love the staff and Mimi is amazing. I am going on 9/9/13 which is the next one for post op.

So, do you have support from your family, have you tried the Protein shakes, bought all your Vitamins?
