30 day SQUAT CHALLENGE, who is in?

I am on day 4 and that with a Pure protein bar a day added to my diet ansd down almost 4 pounds, can't wait to see what the next 26 days will bring. The squat doesn't take long,and is one of the most complete excercises there is!!! Who is in?? Lets do this!!!

That looks like a pretty good program. I'm

Going to do this test today where you start off with one squat then rest 30 seconds then 2 squats then rest 30 seconds then 3 squats then rest and so on until you can't do any more reps. I saw it on the biggest loser the guy got up to like 450 squats!

I'm in, I may die, but its all for the greater good!!

Looks great and I look forward to doing it! My surgery is 2 weeks from today, so I have saved the image and will give it a go once I'm approved for that kind of heavy lifting ;) lol

I'm In I hope my knees will hold up

I'm actually on Day 3 - I started this on Monday with a few friends. Frankly, I enjoy squats, it's Burpies and Push-ups that I can do without! :)

Oh, if you have knee issues make sure you angle your feet out, take a wide stance and make sure you keep your knees over your feet.
