Friends, To many of you these may not be new, but oh well. GNC has a great pudding...stallone high protein pudding. It is sugar free and 20 grams of protein per 6 oz. servinig. not cheap, but good and tasty.
Also a protein shake I liked came from netrition.com. It is 35 gr. or protein per 11 oz. It tasted great also. I have tried vanilla and choclalte. GNC has them too. The website has great shipping $ 4.95 regardless of how much you order.
