So far Tylenol has done the trick for any pain I have had so far....

I know it sounds weird and prolly the last thing you want to do when u are cramping and feel bloat but i do abdominal crunches always have since I started my period I get bad cramps doc says it helps loosen the muscles like stretching and it works for me

A heating pad is amazing! I have been using one since surgery. It helped on the incisions, and when I had cramping.

I use those heat wraps that stick to your body. They last all day and work really well I get horrible cramps. Also mild Ativan .5mg if your dr will give it to you works well too or a muscle relaxer
