Low cal salad dressing you might enjoy

We use a salad dressing made by Bolthouse that uses yogurt instead of high fat to create a fully body and good taste. A serving is 45 calories. I like to put even less of a serving on my lunch salad that I eat with my protein. My favorite flavor is their honey mustard, but I think they make all flavors with yogurt from 1000 island to blue cheese. Fat is also low by nature of yogurt. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

I think trader Joes carries the Bolthouse.

I'll have to look next time I go! I felt guilty tonight with every tasty bite of salad with Annie's on it.

I bought Bolthouse at QFC, Albertsons, Fred Meyer and Whole Foods and I think PCC.

I have seen it at Target Supercenters too

I have to try these... I have been using Annie's goddess dressing and well it's not good on the numbers but I always bought it because it had no sugars added oh and it tastes awesome <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

The one brand of bottled dressings I like is not good on numbers either at least it is low carb and I use 1/2 serving . It is called Cindy's Kitchen it is sold at Whole Foods by the bottle but they also use these on their salad bar which is how I first tried it . My husband loves the Chipotle Ranch and I must say it is pretty good.

See that's how I justify my Annie's ( I've been saying Amy's) goddess I don't use a full serving and it's got a great taste! It's got tahini in it yummy!

Oh I like your new picture :)

I figure I am using so little of it and if it is the worse thing I get into all day and it is on top of a great salad then I am doing ok:)

And Thanks!
