I did it...3 days down, a lifetime to go!

4/29/13 I did it! i didn't expect anything in particular so it all was what is was.

What I did learn was walk, walk, walk, because the gas hurt more than the actual abdomen. Keeping food down hasn't been easy and remembering to drink is a struggle...but I'm handling it! We'll see how it goes from here.
