Hi all just got the call that I've been approved for surgery I have all these emotions feelings etc. I'm petrified about surgery hoping and praying all goes well I have 2 wonderful kids ages 12 & 6. Any advice is welcomed thank you & god bless!

I have a 20m old fire cracker... did you complete your EGD?

I saw my surgeon today, an endoscopy was not needed. He just required clearance from my doc chest X-ray and blood work. He also said to incorporate some protein shakes he said I can have salads, that's pretty much it.

Iso-100 is OK I currently use the Cookies and cream version...
