I was having a horrible time with whey Protein and could only keep the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury down...then my nut suggested Soy. Wow, what a difference! I do like the Unjury as it does have better flavor and the vanilla mixed with cinnamon is good, so is the chicken Soup. I just got a small container of EAS chocolate Soy and it's very good! No more nastiness and smell of the other whey shakes.
I also don't have the issue of nausea or headaches. If you're not tolerating whey, try soy with Water or skim milk. It's worth it.
