I know I am in bandster hell but I think TOM will be coming soon and I am starving. All I want to to is eat. I am going to confess what I ate today and tell me if I am going to stretch my pouch. B: 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese melted on top L: 1-1/2 cups of pureed Soup S: cup of watermelon D: cup of soup; 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese melted on top S: 5 club crackers Does that seem like way too much? I am still hungry!! I read posts on here where people only eat 1 cup TOTAL for their all dinner. How do most people eat while they are in "bandster hell"? munchkin392 1 Posted August 5, 2008 Adork- Sorry about your gallbladder. When is your surgery again? You will feel so much better when it is out! When I needed my gallbladder out, it was right when I had my finals in nursing school, and the following week I was supposed to go see my sisters Marine Corp graduation at Parris Island. I wasn't about to miss either, so I told the surgeon I couldn't have surgery until I got back. The whole time we were in SC for my sisters graduation, my mom was freaking out that they would have to take me to the hospital. She was always looking for the nearest hospital when we were driving anywhere, you know, "just in case". Moms can be such worry warts sometimes!:cool2: All ended up fine, I got my gallbladder out, and felt sooo much better. I had a golf ball sized stone in mine!! Yikes!! I forgot to tell you to start me at 189 for the challenge. You are so nice to keep track of all of us! I am not organized enough, I would have everyones weights all screwed up (considering half the time I can't remember my own weight from the week before)! :thumbup: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ShelbiCallie 0 Posted August 5, 2008 hey Mini~Thanks for asking. My son went to visit him yesterday. No change. He will be in the ICU for a little over a week and then go to Craig for inpatient therapy. I am praying that when he gets to Craig we will see more progress. I was working on getting a bunch of pictures to make a collage and I came accross some of his drawings, they are amazing. Of course I balled for the rest of the day! How is your band treating you? His youth, a great inpatient facility and a good support network are all on his side. I'm praying for his progress, too. How are all of the kids doing with this? Your boys and their friends have had so many hard experiences just in the time I've known you here. I know it's a lot for them to process; heck, hard for adults to deal with -- but teens?! Oy!
