The girl I'm travelling with is only telling 2 people and will use "thyroid, diet and exercise" as reason for loosing weight. I %100 support her- even though I want her in the photos of our trip together! Lol

I have a friend of a friend who in 6 months lost half her body weight through "diet & exercise" she was a very big girl and now is much smaller than me... Because I'm educated on this subject I feel she's had the surgery... Unless she had a big "a-ha" moment. She was a very poor eater - huge drinker and partied & never exercised... And is quite well to do. So had funds available as it all happened rather suddenly.

A regular person will maybe be sceptical on it but believe it, but I think us on the inside (we should have a secret handshake) might raise an eyebrow and think "I wonder if she's a sleeve sister?" To ourselves lol. Good on you on whatever reasons you choose as its YOUR LIFE and you're the CEO of it... I was only mentioning the "thyroid" as another idea you could use ... Maybe loosing weight does help our thyroid anyway?! Lol
