I didn't get the dizzy spells, but from what I have read on here over the past couple of months is that you may not be getting enough calories. Are you drinking your protein?

Congrats on your surgery and your new life. It is a wonderful journey!!!!!!!!!

Your dizziness could be from your body withdrawing from the sugar it was used to before your surgery. If thats the case it will stop within a couple weeks once your body has completed it's sugar detox.

:clap2: Congrats on your weight loss.. I know how ya feel and I'm loving it

Try juice mixed 50/50 with water and sip on it...it will raise your blood sugar levels so that you aren't dizzy. I put it in a water bottle and sipped on it (with refills) throughout the day. Good luck!

woohoo! keep it comming...Dont you just love getting on the scales now!

:(

Hi, congratulations on getting your band. Are you still on full liquids? I had problems with nausea and being dizzy for about the first 3 weeks. Once I got off of liquids and onto mushies, I felt much better and it went away.
