Had mine done on the 14th how often do you eat?

Had mine done on the 14th I feel like I am emotionally drained everyday. I have a content fight with what I should have and want. I was told on Monday I can start the smash stage or purée. Then on Easter I can go to regular soft foods and start introducing foods little by little. I would love to know how often everyone eats. Is it 2oz every hour for everyone else?

I only eat when I'm hungry which is probably once a day I spend most of the day on liquids and proteins.

I eat a yogurt, or egg for breakfast. A piece of string or babybell cheese with a couple crackers for snack. A protein shake or tuna salad, chicken salad, for Lunch, and 3oz salmon, chicken, or pork, with a couple bites of broccoli, brussel sprouts, or other veggies for dinner. And maybe a slim creation fudge bar for snack after dinner:)

I eat 4-5 times a day, at least 2-3 hours in between. I have to force myself because most days I'm not that hungry. I take in about 500-700 cals a day. Been like this for a couple of weeks now.
