  1. Hey I'm only 5'3 and 1/2
  2. How is everyone doing so far? HW: 338 SW: 329 CW: 259 GW: 165 Currently down a total of 70lbs since surgery.
  3. I'm sure you're okay, but just wait a few more weeks...
  4. Doing pretty well. Eating around 800 cals a day. Weight loss has been stalled for over a week now so I'm waiting for it to ramp back up before I stalled I was losing around 3 pounds a week. Currently down 50lbs since surgery.
  5. So we're 11 weeks out now. What are you all eating? What's for dinner?
  6. 49 here. I have body pain all over mostly at night but I work through it.
  7. My potassium is low and I'm on a supplement and my dr is checking my levels regularly. Just monitor yourself for signs of low potassium because it can cause a heart attack if too low
  8. I believe it can be a side effect of both. Although less severe for the sleeve and most severe for the bypass. I have the sleeve and I've have very little candy but I did eat three Hershey's kisses on day and felt terrible. I had to lay down for hours to get myself together. Head was spinning, I was dizzy no diarrhea thankfully but I learned my lesson
  9. I'm ashamed to say but I waited four days.
  10. To stop the process of yo-yo dieting. After that diet is over and it's back to the real world of food again some people gain their weight plus more back and hopefully the surgery can stop that.
  11. How much have you lost so far? I'm down about 40lbs. I have been stalling off and on since week 2. It seems if I don't exercise I don't lose so I try to walk 4 days a week.
  12. When can we start working out using our stomach muscles.
  13. Weirdest thing ever! I've googled it and it doesn't seem uncommon. For some reason my body didn't absorb it and now it's pushing it out! Calling the doctor for advice this AM!
  14. 4 days and it was great! My hubby works away from home so I had to get it while I could. Can't keep his hands off me now. 5 weeks post op. down 30lbs
  15. Mine does this a little off and on but no major pain and I'm 5 weeks out
  16. I was 329lbs at 5'3" tall when I was sleeved and had terrible GERD. Dr. repaired a hiatal hernia during surgery and haven't had any GERD since. It's only been 4 weeks and I'm down 30lbs. I think it's possible. You may want a second opinion.
