SEX?

Does anyone know how long you are supposed to wait before having sex? I am one week post op and really don't have the energy ( or honestly the interest) but am curious how long everyone waited.

I waited a little over a week. My dr gave me the green light whenever I felt up to it. No marathon sex or anything. It was gentle and surprisingly pain free.

Okay, thanks! I just didn't know if there was any medical reason to wait...my husband asked me and I realized that I had no idea haha.

Just no hanging from the chandeliers! Lol! :P

I'm ashamed to say but I waited four days.

I'm so glad that someone asked this because my hubby has been wondering the same thing...not that I'm really interested right now but of course he is lol

My doctor said no sex for 3 weeks, and we waited 2, i was to miserable and uncomfortable to do it before then. Like other have said, just be gentle, and you'll be just fine. No crazy Kama Sutra positions etc =)

My surgeon says four weeks.

I thought the rule was "sex on the 3rd date." :P

Im "taking the 5th" on this one, haha

A month but thats just me.

Idk about u guys but I'm using this to get some much needed rest . I'm getting foot rubs n shoulder massages loving it . I say milk it for awhile shoot u deserve a break n spooning takes me back to the first time we met. He's always been good but it just feels good to be waited on a little plus when I'm ready it's going to be GOOD! Lol

As long as it is comfortable and no hanging from the ceiling stunts
