  2. Me too and I really don't care for scrambled eggs. I've noticed that today I am really weak so I'm trying to force more fluids.
  3. Try less items to start off with
  4. I am 5 days post op and find myself hungry all the time. Nothing seems to curb my appetite. Please help! What can I do?
  5. MK1986. I am doing much better as well some pain at my incision sites. I am down 15lbs so far and I am ecstatic. I am definitely tired of the liquids and ready to move to another phase but I am being patient and I know it will come in time.
  6. Same here, I was sleeved Monday. We just have to give it time.
  7. MK1986, I'm right along with you with the gas pains. I also had surgery Monday and every sip I take seems like it is surrounded by gas. I have the Gas-X strips and they help a little bit. I'm also having problems with trying to drink broth, eat popsicles and jello.
  8. bowgirl it's sensitive to the touch but it looks like it's getting smaller. Are you wearing loose fitting clothes so it doesn't get agitated?
  9. I have a hematoma under my largest incision as well. I called my doctor and he said to monitor it and make sure it wasn't getting bigger or had fever and to take my temp. So far all is well. I also got shots of heparin in my stomach and the hematoma is in the exact spot where I go those shots at.
  10. Heavensray they did not allow me to wear panties or a tampon. They did provide me with a pad to have there during surgery if you've ever had kids its just like they do you when you have a baby. And they did NOT put a catheter on me.
  11. I had nausea right after surgery. They put a patch behind my ear and gave me something in my IV I have been fine ever since although I still have the patch on.
  12. I'm in and out of consciousness. But I really don't have pain I'm surprised that I've even had surgery today. Drunk too much earlier today and was hurting a little bit but other than that. I'm fine.
  13. Here waiting too! Excited but scared. It was hard saying bye to my kids this morning. There's no turning back now! I'm doing this to make sure I'm here to raise them. I'm really emotional right now.
  14. Hey lory2922, we are practically neighbors. I am in Alexandria! Good luck to you as well. I saw Dr. Chu in Lafayette a year or so back about WLS, but changed my mind then. Who are you using? Keep in touch!
  15. Having my last drink of water before 12am, and counting the hours down now. I'm reporting for 7:30am...... #nerves
  16. Just keep doing what you are doing and contact your doctor to have your blood levels checked. Have you been taking your vitamins? Make sure you get enough food because sometimes too little will cause a stall. Good luck
  17. Thanks, I do have the Propel. I also have PowerAde Zero
  18. I have to be at the hospital for 7:30am. I am on day two of clear liquids and I just drank a bottle of magnesium citrate for my bowel prep. I'm not hungry but I am very weak. Scale says I dropped 4.4 pounds within one day. I know it's fluids, but it's still 4 pounds. What can I do to get my energy up, can't stand another cup of broth!
  19. Bra sizes are determined by the size of your back and bust. Sounds like the back got smaller and the busts remained therefore giving you the larger cup size. You look great!
  20. Is he in Lake Charles? I am in Alexandria and using Dr. Parrish.
  21. Yes and No! been going back and forth about this for years! What about you? Where are you having your surgery at?
  22. I have surgery first thing Monday morning and my menstrual cycle decided to come tonight, 6 days late! UGH. I was told that I would be getting a catheter, has anyone else experienced this. Did you all get catheters? Not sure how to handle this situation.
  23. I'm on the 11th ARenee99
