  5. Yeah I am going to have to be more careful and eat more dense protein. I added up everything I ate today and it was 645 calories. I guess I was just over thinking. I got so used to that instant full feeling. Now I have to be more disciplined. Thanks for your thoughts
  6. Up until this week I would have a very full feeling after eating very little. I would know that I was satisfied and could not take another bite. Now I finish my meal and do not have a problem. I could eat more however I do not do it.
  7. Tonight I am going to bake a chicken breast and see how that does.
  8. I had a protein bar for breakfast. I felt like I could have eaten two.
  9. Ok so I am 4 months out. It seems my restriction has disappeared. I am not feeling full at all. For example I ate a mexican salad it was lettuce with tomato and black beans. I ate about a cup. I also ate a small clementine orange. I am not feeling full. I didnt drink either. I am so worried. Is this normal?
  10. Please add me to the FB group. I am being sleeved May 7th in Lake Charles, LA.

  14. Hi May Sleevers! I am finally scheduled for May 7th!! I am very excited. Current weight is 267. Goal is 150. I WILL make that goal. What an awesome journey this is going to be!
  15. My son has that. His cardiologist says our hearts our on the right side in utero and the turn over to the left side as we grow. My sons did not turn all the way so his is in the center. He is healthy and gets an EKG every few years just to check.

  18. I can say that I am doing this mostly for vanity. Yea, I have high BP and my body aches from carrying the weight but I can live with that. I cannot live another year of my life being depressed and hating my body. I cannot go another year thinking my husband should not be with me. He is beautiful and so was I when he met me. I feel like I have let him down even though he has never once commented on my weight and loves me so much. I do not want to be the "fat mom" my kids will be picked on for. I have a three year old daughter. I want to be an example for her. I want to look like the person I feel like inside. I want to enjoy clothes, swimming pools, beaches, and roller coasters. These are my motivations. This surgery will heal wounds people do not see. So call me vain. I will wear that name proudly.

  20. Woohoo!! I'm waiting myself. Congrats!
  21. Try some Isopure. You can get it from GNC but it is much cheaper on Amazon. It is a clear protein drink. Make sure it is very cold that helps with the after taste.
  22. I went to the surgeon on 3/27 had my psych eval on 3/28. I havnt heard anything since then. The suspense is killing me!!
  23. Prayers for it to go smoothly for you! So exciting!! Let us know how you are doing afterwards!
  24. I'm so excited! My appointment day has finally come!!
