  1. There was a story about it on the Nightly News last week. It said it could be just as bad as eating red meat. Crazy, I know, but I would look more into it.
  2. I stalled in week two scale has just started to slowly move again. Sleeved 3/11/13
  3. I had a stall for about two weeks and last week I lost 3lbs so I'm hoping the stall is over for now...
  4. I had it quite often before surgery. It's a pinched nerve for me but may get better with weight loss. Could also be how you are sitting or laying down. It's worse when I lay on my back too.
  5. I eat around 800 a day. I usually don't adjust my calories because of exercise I want to try to lose as much as possible. I'm usually hungry after I exercise at night but will go to sleep hungry so I don't feel like I ruin my workout.
  6. Check your blood pressure. Are you on any medication for that? My energy was real low when I was taking them
  7. That seems like a long time. Are you on full liquids? I had eggs day 9. Started puréed day 14 and I start soft foods on the 9th even though I've had some already per the nutritionist.
  8. Same here. I am SO glad we are all having the same issues so I know it's normal. I only lost four pounds pre op and 19 lbs post op. gained a few ounces since I've started consuming other foods. I'm keeping up with everything I put in my mouth on my fitness pal. It is kinda discouraging because we are so scared to fail. I haven't lost anything since my first week of surgery although I am seeing a loss of inches. We sound JUST alike. My husband also tells me to chill it's only been a few weeks and I stay under 800 cals a day.
  9. Could be gas or indigestion. That's usually what it is for me. Three weeks out and finding I can eat more now and seem hungry too but I usually ignore it.
  10. One horrible day won't account for the rest of your life pick up tomorrow and start over again!
  11. Been having hunger pains lately! Idk what to do I hadn't been experiencing this. Scale isn't budging either. Why why why!!!'
  12. Heck yea! I've been tasting here and there. Puréed and mashed but nothing more.
  13. sugar free? Of course
  14. When my stomach feels like that I am usually in need of food. I know the difference when it's gas or indigestion.
  15. I've had a few of the same things. I know I'm eating too fast. Its a lot of gas. When you're able to drink it should move on down. Mine did! Good luck!
  16. I only eat when I'm hungry which is probably once a day I spend most of the day on liquids and proteins.
  17. It's not helping with mine, it's got my mouth over here watering...changing the channel
  18. How fast are y'all losing weight? I know we are all different and will lose at different rates. I'm just curious.
  19. Hey you guys, I'm from Alexandria, La I can't wait to pinch them crawfish tails. I'm craving all foods. Not having head hunger or anything like that.
